Writing this e-mail just to show our appreciation for the support we’ve had so far from Alex and his team for the Battersea project. He’s been on site today and helped us greatly in getting things live and started with the controls commissioning. Give him a pat on the back please.

I met up with WSP and Rob Fisher ULCCo yesterday. WSP said it’s a gold star job with fantastic workmanship Rob Fisher said the inspection and witnessing couldn't have gone any better, but he did expect anything else as it's a first class job. Will you please make a point of thanking all your staff and subcontractors for their efforts Well done brilliant effort to achieve this and gain the trust and admiration of Rob in the process.

Impact have demonstrated a high standard of competency in delivering the BMS on the LJMU STEM project, providing the client, designers and ourselves with the information and advice required to tailor the BMS to the application. Impact's engineers have also provided effective solutions and support throughout the project and given reassurance to our client when demonstrating the operation of the systems they have installed.

We have worked with Impact Controls for many years and consider them to be a key supply chain specialist sub-contractor in the BMS sector. Impact provide expertise together with a pro-active and positive approach during the design, contracting and commissioning of the works. A&B recently received recognition from Willmott Dixon with the Notre Dame School project being voted “Project of the Year” within the Willmott Dixon Group. Impact Controls played a key role in the project and secured the follow on project at Archbishop Beck School. Both projects have employed a high level local labour initiative supported by Liverpool Council.

Impact have been exceptional onsite, with total BEMS project delivery, in-depth knowledge of all the HVAC specialist systems, together with a great team spirit, working with all the trades on the build which ensured the client was able to witness a complete system at handover including historical data demonstrating the efficient operation of the various systems. Impact also played a huge role in providing solutions to onsite issues as they surfaced during construction.

Impact Controls were key to the success of the Town Hall Complex Transformation Project. Having been involved in the industry for 25 years I can honestly say that the BMS system which controls all aspects of the complex Building Services installation is without doubt the best that I have seen. The amount of effort put in by the whole team really shows, all aspects of the system from installation through to the 963 graphics are first class.
