All business and buildings operate differently. In order to provide the best Energy Management Strategy, we insist on completing an Energy Appraisal to fully understand what it is that you are trying to achieve.
Upgrades & Retrofit
We offer free system health checks and can upgrade/retro-fit any system. We recently upgraded a 25 year old system boiler compensator and the client saw a return on investment after just 7 months.
Integration
Integrating buildings via a BMS is crucial to achieving the best efficiencies for all plants and services. We have experience of interfacing to various HVAC * metering equipment and lighting control and home automation systems.
