Due to the continued growth of the company and service department, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to cover the London area.
The primary role of the successful candidate will be to develop new service business opportunities within new and existing market sectors whilst maximising the growth potential of our existing established client base.
The candidate should be self motivated, have a proven track record of achieving BMS end-user sales targets, strong communication skills, excellent technical knowledge of HVAC mechanical and controls and have the ability to generate own leads.
The candidate should also be able to conduct site surveys on existing BMS control installations and offer fully costed proposals for upgrade and refurbishment projects, direct to end users.
Ideally the successful candidate will have an existing established client base which may be B2B or with FM Contractors.
