Close control of temperatures and pressures are critical in this sector. Impact have completed many projects including home office approved clean rooms. We have vast experience of the high standards and requirements of these projects for both private and educational sector clients.

We have completed many student accommodation projects which have included central plant control, metering and energy analysis programming. We have experience of high rise private apartments including intelligent room controls as well as many listed building private housing projects including the use of KNX interfaces.
