We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our state-of-the-art Building Energy Management Systems to commercial and industrial clients.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Identify potential clients and tender opportunities
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales colleagues to develop and execute effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Engage with clients to understand their energy management needs and present tailored solutions that address their specific requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of available BMS & Energy Management solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the building energy management sector
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide post-sales support, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction
The successful candidate will be self-motivated & proactive with a strong desire to achieve in a sales environment. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills as well as the ability to work well in a team or alone.
We know that you probably won’t have heard of BMS before, we will provide full training both in house and externally to develop you into a strong sales person with the technical knowledge to back up your sales. We are looking for graduates who have studied Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Building Services or IT related courses.
